A pre-modern folktale set in the early Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur. It is the story of Pedro, a noble fisherman with a few catches. He is a faithful father of two in a religious family. He discovers a mysterious river rich in marine life, leading him to find places in the sea with abundant fishery. As his catch increases, so does the suspicion of his neighbors, family, and friends. The film aims to remind responsible fishing and the adverse effects of destructive fishing practices on the environment, culture & tourism.
