Paraiso, 2014

Paraiso is a musical documentary that reflects on the lyrics of the song by the maestro Ryan Cayabyab. It talks about how we could help make the world understand southern Mindanao's environmental problems, the place which was once called the land of promise. The short film includes strong visuals of footage during calamities which contrasts with the beautiful imagery of natural resources and the youth. With the recent typhoon and natural disasters, the film, which includes an interview and message of the composer, the university president, and the school’s director for environmental conservation, calls the people to be better and responsible citizens the Philippines, but the world.
